The works comprised of a full fledge renovation of the penthouse including demolition and removal of current partitions, jacketing of columns, cutting of unstable R.C. elements by water-jet, MEP, EIB, CCTV, high-end finishing, and landscaping works in addition to an outdoor pool & Jacuzzi.
The works were executed with minimal vibration to the structure.
